On 5 and 6 March, our company hosted health days organised by the BARMER health insurance company.
As part of this event, our employees had the opportunity to take part in a 'balance check'. This involved measuring the change in heart rate during and as a result of breathing to provide information about the current state of the autonomic nervous system's ability to regulate and regenerate itself. This analysis provided information about the body's ability to relax after stressful situations.
Our employees also had the opportunity to undergo a detailed back examination by a specialist. This involved a thorough examination of the spine and surrounding structures to identify any problems or tension. This holistic approach made it possible to recommend individual measures to improve back health and support long-term wellbeing and performance at work.
