On 29 October 2023, we took part in the TK company run as part of the Auto Mattern Wälle run with seven highly motivated runners in bright sunshine and summery temperatures.
It was the last company run of the year, covering a distance of 6.8 km around Herford city centre. It was great fun for everyone involved.
