On 22 March, our company hosted a Mario Kart Deluxe tournament for our employees. A total of 32 players took part, ranging from beginners to experienced players.
The tournament started with two preliminary rounds in which four groups competed against each other. The top two players from each group qualified for the semi-finals, which also consisted of four groups. From the semi-finals, only one player could qualify for the final, where four players battled it out for the top spot.
While waiting, participants were able to have fun on a small Carrera track, chat with colleagues and enjoy drinks and sweets. Many employees cheered on the players.
The tournament was a great success and was organised by our staff to build team spirit and have fun. We look forward to the next Mario Kart event.
